WHAT IS KIWANIS?
Kiwanis is an organization of people who want to improve the communities in which they live and work. Membership in a Kiwanis club can provide an avenue to become involved in your community and to participate with business and community leaders.
WHO IS KIWANIS FOR?
Kiwanis is for anyone who wants to assist in improving the lives of others in their community. The Kiwanis Club of Chesterfield is representative of a broad spectrum of the community it serves and is made up of business people, community leaders and retirees alike.
WHAT DO OUR MEMBERS ENJOY?
Kiwanis offers an affordable opportunity that costs little time and not a lot of money to make a difference in the community. Members decide how much time they want to invest. Meeting together and enjoying the company of like-minded people over a meal. Excellent speakers who motivate, inform, question and entertain. Make personal and business contacts, as well as develop life long friendships. An opportunity to expand business and professional networking where you can interact with others of diverse business and professional backgrounds. The Kiwanis Club of Chesterfield supports Camp Wyman, Our Little Haven, the DARE program and other worthwhile organizations that focus on the special needs of young people.
MEETINGS:
We meet each Tuesday from 12:00 - 1:00 pm for lunch at the Fox and Hound Restaurant in Chesterfield. If you are interested in learning more about Kiwanis, please be our guest at one of our lunches, or contact Susan Rutledge at 314-440-2534 or rutledges@mobap.edu.
